About the role at ASML

At ASML they see a lot of opportunities to speed up software development. To do this, they build innovative state-of-the-art solutions that support software developers with the right tools for the job.

You will join the Innovation Hub team for Metrology and Machine Control (MX). This innovation hub consists of four newly formed teams, and they need you to bring it to the next level and bring their Cloud and DevOps strategy to life.

As a DevOps Cloud engineer at ASML, you will:

✅ Build, deploy and maintain software in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment;

✅ Work with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker;

✅ Build software in languages like Golang and Python;

✅ Work on CI/CD pipelines to automate large parts of the software development and delivery process;

✅ Take charge of the realization of the DevOps strategy of the department;

✅ Innovate locally and in collaboration with the Innovation Hub push your best ideas to a large audience of engineers;

✅ Challenge the organization to maintain a healthy balance between state-of-the-art technology, security, performance, and stability.

This is you

From a personal perspective, you are customer focused and have a strong can-do mentality. You focus on results, have a desire to complete challenging tasks and learn while doing.

Next to this, you have:

✅ A Bachelor/Master level education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cloud Computing or related field;

✅ 0-2 years of experience in the field of IT (could be an internship as well);

✅ Proficiency in either Python, Golang, Scala, Java or C++.
